We contacted them for urgent assistance and they were very responsive and quick to communicate. Even though their technicians were fully booked, Shenoda (owner/manager) was able to prioritize our situation and came out himself the very next day to assess the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the issue and our options for repairs and upgrades. We scheduled the work for the following day, and Shenoda returned with an assistant and completed everything in a timely manner. In addition to fixing the original issue, they added new circuits/rewiring to our kitchen to resolve the overload that caused the initial problem and installed additional circuit/outlets in our backyard patio that we have been wanting to add. Their customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and very patient in explaining everything to someone with little electrical knowledge.
