"Shenouda, Quickly answered my call. He came out the same day to assess the problem. He was honest to temporarily fixing the issue or correctly fixing the problem. Pretty much gave us the pros and cons. We negotiated and agreed on a fair price. Work was performed the next day (replaced the circuit box). He cleaned the work site and left us with working electricity. All in all, Shenouda did great job at a very good price, and most importantly gave us best resolution to our problem.
